4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and current. You must update your details promptly in the event of any change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jw88 will attempt to contact the Account holder at the registered contact details before any dormancy fee or balance adjustment is applied.
You may request closure of your jw88 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance, less applicable processing fees, will be returned to you following successful KYC verification. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Any funds deposited for the purpose of gaming carry the inherent risk of loss. jw88 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. Deposits should only be made with funds you can afford to lose.
6.1 jw88 offers various promotional bonuses to registered members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum win caps, and expiry periods. 6.2 jw88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The following constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

7.2 Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by jw88's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where jw88 expressly provides a cash-out or void option.

10.2 jw88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10.3 jw88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.
10.4 jw88 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from third-party payment processor failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond jw88's reasonable control.

11.2 jw88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification) or as required by applicable law.
11.3 jw88 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption of all data in transit and restricted access controls on data at rest.
